Sieve grain cleaner BISS

BISS is a modern grain cleaner designed for cleaning cereals, legumes, oilseed crops, perennial and annual grasses, and other agricultural products, with the separation of raw material into fractions. Cleaning is performed by screening the grain through sieves of specific shapes and sizes. BISS is developed as a universal grain cleaner and can operate in both pre-cleaning and final cleaning modes.
Depending on the model, the capacity of the BISS-1 can vary from 12 to 80 tons per hour.

Advantages of the BISS Grain Cleaner
All-metal construction
The machine and sieves are manufactured without the use of wood — eliminating deformation and swelling even when operating in high-humidity conditions.
Versatility and quick adaptation to different crops
Thanks to the quick sieve replacement system (less than one minute), the equipment can be easily adjusted for any type of grain or seed, providing flexibility when working with various crops.
Efficient removal of straw and large impurities
The design and movement mechanism of the sieves ensure effective separation of light and large impurities.
Maximum utilization of sieve areа
The sieves are arranged in an overlapping configuration, allowing the entire sorting chamber area to be used for more efficient cleaning.
Efficient sieve self-cleaning
system
Rubber balls automatically clean the sieves during operation, preventing clogging and reducing downtime. Thanks to the corrugated mesh, the balls do not get stuck and ensure stable, continuous cleaning.
Efficient sorting
system
The rotational motion in the horizontal plane ensures more uniform material distribution and improves separation accuracy.
All the listed advantages apply to the entire BISS grain cleaner range, including the BISS-1, BISS-2, and BISS-3 models.

The stated capacities apply to the cleaning of wheat with a bulk density of 750 kg/m³ and a moisture content of no more than 16%. The machine’s performance for each type of grain depends on moisture content, the level of contamination, as well as the selected cleaning quality settings and machine adjustments.
