Air-sieve grain cleaner BISS - 1

The BISS-1 grain cleaner is equipped with a powerful magnet, a sedimentation chamber, and a dual aspiration column, allowing it to remove fine and light impurities both at the inlet and outlet of the machine. The model is also fitted with a built-in fan.

Depending on the model, the capacity of the BISS-1 can vary from 12 to 80 tons per hour.

The stated capacities apply to the cleaning of wheat with a bulk density of 750 kg/m³ and a moisture content of no more than 16%. The machine’s performance for each type of grain depends on moisture content, the level of contamination, as well as the selected cleaning quality settings and machine adjustments.

Dual aspiration system and sedimentation chamber

The dual aspiration system allows light impurities to be removed both at the inlet and outlet of the grain. The sedimentation chamber quickly removes all waste from the machine using two augers.
