How the BISS 40-1 Grain Cleaner Handles Seasonal Workload

One of our customers from Poland purchased the BISS 40-1 grain cleaner during the autumn season for wheat cleaning and has already fully evaluated its performance in operation.

According to him, the equipment immediately demonstrated a high level of cleaning thanks to its well-designed aspiration system, which effectively removes light impurities both at the inlet and outlet of the machine. This makes it possible to obtain a cleaner product after just one pass.

The customer also highlighted the sedimentation chamber with two augers, which ensures stable waste discharge and uninterrupted operation even under intensive workload. Another important advantage is the powerful magnet, which reliably captures metal impurities and enhances the safety of further grain processing.

The machine also performed excellently in terms of screens: they are easy to replace, which is crucial when switching between different crops, and the self-cleaning system with rubber balls significantly reduces downtime.
